Chris K. Lambert, Owner/CEO

In one year, Chris made 10-trips to Hawaii with an average length of stay of 11-days each time! He knows his way around Hawaii as well as many other parts of the world. There is hardly a corner of this planet that Chris has not traveled to but he keeps trying to find new & unique destinations for his clients.

Rick Lambert, President

Rick has grown up in the travel industry being Chris' oldest son and loves every minute of it. Over the past 10 years, he has specialized in group & incentive travel but can help you with all of your leisure travel needs. His favorite destinations are the Greek Isles and Australia/New Zealand. His dream trip is an African Safari! Favorite activities include spending time with his wife and 4 children, watching football and barbequing a nice, big steak. “Wish it, dream it, do it”.

Kip Lambert, V.P. Sales

Kip has grown up in the travel industry, being the son of Destinations owner, Chris. Kip oversees the accounting, handles incoming sales calls, and coordinates marketing. He is also responsible for managing our LDS Church History Tour Department. When not working Kip loves spending time with his wife and 3 children.

Steven W. Marquardt, V.P. Operations

Steve has been involved in group & incentive travel since 1976. He attended the U of U & BYU. His hobbies include traveling & taking off in his motorhome. Happily married for over 37 years & has 13 grandchildren. His favorite place to travel & relax is Alaska's Inside Passage. Over the years, he has been on numerous cruises and tours including Antarctica, Africa and Scandinavia.

Howard Spieler, V.P. Corporate Sales

Howard has been in the industry for over 25 years. He is in charge of our corporate ticketing department. Howard is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of corporate & leisure travel.

Jody Oblad, Cruise Group Coordinator

Jody attended the Center for Travel Education and has been working in the travel industry for since 1999. She is originally from a small town in Alberta, Canada and has traveled to Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico, Canada, Europe, China & all over the West Coast. Jody does an outstanding job coordinating all of our group cruises!

Jennifer Broadwell, Incentive Groups Coordinator

Jen attended Mountain West College and obtained her associates degree in Hospitality Management. She has been with Destinations, Inc. for 4 years. Jen is one of our Group Coordinators and works with hotels, airlines, and cruise lines on the details of our incentive groups. She has traveled to the Caribbean and many states across the U.S.

Susan Foster, Cruise & Leisure Specialist

Susan has been in the industry for over 10 years and enjoys selling leisure travel. She has sent people to all corners of the globe, and has traveled to many cities in the United States . Her most frequent stops are in Hawaii . She has also traveled to the United Kingdom , Mexico , South America , Canada and the Caribbean . Her favorite hobbies are traveling to new places, the Theatre and reading. She also enjoys any type of surfing. Her previous background is in Real Estate and the Health and Nutrition industry. "The world is a book and those who do not travel, read only a page."

John Lofthouse, Travel Consultant

John has been with Destinations since December of 2004. He grew up on a ranch in the Tetons, then attended Ricks College and BYU, where he obtained a business degree. He worked for a while at a Native American accounting firm in Rapid City, then had a chance to spend 18 months with his dad, helping him tear down their old house and build a new one when his parents sold a third of their ranch to Ricks College (now BYU-Idaho - they used this land to build their Outdoor Learning Center). After that he worked at several places before getting into the travel industry in 1985. He worked in Bountiful for a while, then for Morris Air, and lastly with Morris Murdock for 7 years. Three of those years he specialized in Disneyland and Mexico. John knows Disneyland like the back of his hand and would be happy to assist you with a trip there, or ANYWHERE!
